Returns & Exchanges

At Butterfly Edufields, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order and items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, hangtags, and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
